    Express Map: How is it beneficial in the transaction? What do you get?

    Express Maps is an alternative to having an ALTA Survey completed to satisfy the title requirements. The property is flown and a high-res photograph is taken, then boundaries and easements are overlaid on the photo. This service is faster and much less expensive compared to the Alta Survey.

    FastWeb: Why use it? How to use it? What can it do?

    FastWeb is our nationwide online property search software that we offer to our clients. It is a fast and powerful tool for looking up the characteristics of individual properties. It also allows you to pull APN maps and Vesting Deeds.
