After serving in the United States Air Force Arah started in the title and escrow industry in 1980. Her responsibilities have taken her to both sides of the industry as title officer and escrow officer.
Currently she is the Branch Manger of the Sacramento NCS office and Senior Commercial Escrow Officer and takes great pride in her ability to expand traditional escrow service by leveraging her previous property management experience and knowledge which includes strong personal customer service and advanced underwriting solutions.
Using her solution oriented approach, she is known for handling many of the highly complex transactions in the region. Arah has broad experience closing all manner of large and small transactions. Her expertise includes multi-family, industrial, retail, office, hospitality/resort, vacant land, medical facilities, agricultural and sports and entertainment complexes.
Arah takes great pride in her unique experience and capabilities which sets her apart as premier commercial closer.
