Bill Perry

Bill Perry is the Senior Vice President and Northern California Regional Director for First American Title Insurance Company's National Commercial Services. Bill was born in Sacramento California and began his career in the title insurance industry Fresno, California in 1974. In the past 34 years Bill has held technical and management positions with several national underwriters. Today Bill is responsible for the oversight of the National Commercial Service's offices in Northern California and together with his management team develops and implements products and services focused on the commercial segment of the real estate industry and the real estate professional who work within that specific market. Bill attended college at California State University, Fresno and is a member of the Urban Land Instute and the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
