Carolyn began working at Title Insurance and Trust Company in her native Solano County, California in 1971. Her ensuing career provided her with the opportunity to work as a Bank Lending Officer specializing in construction loans and mortgage underwriting, and as an assistant to and on-site sales person for two residential Developers. Employed by First American Title since 1987 as a Special Projects / Commercial Escrow Officer, Carolyn relies on her extensive and varied background to effectively handle all aspects of commercial escrow transactions. Initially working in the Solano market, Carolyn moved to the Sacramento- Placer County Region in 1997, and has greatly enjoyed closing numerous high-profile transactions involving all types of commercial, industrial and retail properties, improved and unimproved.
Carolyn received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and Language from University of California at Davis where she graduated with honors in 1987.
