Chad entered the title insurance industry in 1989, and has since earned promotions while working in various title and escrow positions. During his tenure with First American, Chad also entered California State University, with a focus on Business Management and Psychology. Chad takes great pride in providing the highest level of service for all his customer's needs, from point of contact to close of escrow. Chad also enjoys working with his customers wherever they are doing business, and applying his expertise to all types of commercial transactions involving Land, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family, Retail and much more. Chad is a Bay Area native raised in the town of Pleasant Hill where he currently resides with his wife and two small children.
