Chris Trapani has been in Commercial Real Estate for 30 years, 10 years as a broker, 20 years in the Title Insurance Industry. He is dedicated to add value to clients. He was the originator of Sales & Comments which began in 2004. He started IMF (Investors Marketing Forum) in the East Bay which began in 1990. He has been through many cycles in the Commercial Real Estate Market giving him an understanding of what it takes to be successful in any market. Chris' education has been life experiences and expects to be a student for many years to come. He has been married to Julie for 43 years. They have 2 children, Brian is a mortgage banker and Marc is a school teacher. They also have 5 grandchildren.
