Dian Blair entered the real estate industry in 1982 while working for a mortgage company in Southern California. She began her career in the title & escrow business in 1984, and joined First American Title in 1996. After serving as support for branch operations, branch manager, and commercial escrow closer, Dian was promoted to Assistant Manager of the commercial department in 2000, and Manager of the San Jose National Commercial Services branch in 2001 through 2005. Dian specializes in highly complex commercial transactions. In 1997, Dian received First American's prestigious Service Star of the Year award for outstanding service and achievements on behalf of her customers.
