Heather Kucala
Senior Escrow Officer
Heather Kucala is a senior commercial escrow officer for the National Commercial Services Division in the San Francisco office of First American Title Insurance Company. Her primary responsibilities include working with buyers, sellers, lenders, and their attorneys throughout the escrow process to ensure that title and escrow concerns are addressed appropriately. Ms. Kucala has broad experience closing all manner of large and small commercial transactions. Her expertise includes multi-family buildings, industrial facilities, retail pads, shopping centers, office buildings, hospitality/resort projects, vacant land and multi-site/multi-state transactions.
Ms. Kucala has actively worked in the real estate industry for 18 years. As a commercial escrow officer she has closed individual transactions with values in excess of $950 Million and large portfolio transactions in locations nationwide. She specializes in working with sophisticated owners, developers, lenders and other institutional investors.
Ms. Kucala is a Rotarian and an involved member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Woman), WIRE (Women in Real Estate) and GGTC (Golden Gate Triathlon Club).
