"J" Vukasin began his career in the title insurance industry in 1997; with previous experience with World Savings, McMasters & Westland, and Norris, Beggs & Simpson for a combined 23 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. "J's" services include data mining (property research), account management, transaction management and coordination of the closing process. Of note, "J" coordinated the largest wetlands project west of the Mississippi, The Cargill sale of 16,500 acres of salt ponds to the USA and State of California, as well as several high profile office projects (Hills Plaza in San Francisco, Phoenix Plaza in Arizona, the Energy Center in New Orleans, One California Street in San Francisco, and The Seattle Trade and Technology Center in Washington). "J" is the co-founder of the San Francisco Investment Forum. A Bay Area native, "J" obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1982. "J" currently serves on the membership committee of CREW, and is an active member of the NAIOP-San Francisco Bay Area chapter, as well as, a member of the Belden Club. "J" is a past chairman, and current member, of the Steering Committee for the San Francisco Bay Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
