Michele MacMartin is the Central Valley Business Development Manager for First American Exchange Company. She is a frequent keynote speaker and an accredited course instructor on the subject of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. She has presented her popular real estate and tax workshops to over 6,000 realtors, lenders, title professionals and investors. She maintains close client relationships throughout the valley and is active in many organizations. Prior to joining First American Exchange, Michele held marketing and public relations positions at various technology companies in Silicon Valley. Michele holds a B.S. degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University.
