Mike Hickey entered the title insurance industry in 1980, and has served as a commercial underwriter since 1991. Using a solution oriented approach, he is known for handling many of the more complex transactions in Silicon Valley. Among his many skills, Mike is recognized for establishing national platforms & underwriting procedures for off-balance sheet financing, involving transaction values well over $4 billion. Mike also works closely with First American's NCS title technology team, providing innovative platforms and business solutions to our product process & delivery lines.
