Patrick Lough

Patrick Lough entered the title insurance business in 1992, starting in the title department, working in customer service, then as a title researcher & examiner. In 1996, Patrick joined the San Jose NCS office. Specializing in assemblages and redevelopment agency projects, specific projects include Moffett Park, East Palo Alto, University Circle, IKEA, Yahoo, Palm/3-Com, Cargill's sale of the Salt Ponds, UPR sale to BART/VTA and Legacy's Museum Park, America Center and Museum Park developments. In October of 2005, Patrick accepted the position as manager of the San Jose NCS office. His experience and expertise includes all aspects of our business from customer service research to the underwriting & closing of complex commercial transactions. Patrick earned his BS from Portland State University in Portland, OR. Patrick is a supporting member of several associations including: Urban Land Institute, Housing Industry Foundation, Bay Area Apartment Brokers, and the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.
