Pete Phillips
VP, Regional Sales & Marketing
Pete Phillips began his career in the title industry in 1977, joining First American in January of 1982 as assistant title plant manager and long order examiner. In 1983, Pete accepted a sales position with the commercial/industrial services department. In October 2001, Pete was promoted to the position of Associate Director for the Northern California region of First American's National Commercial Services division. In September 2004, Pete accepted direct responsibility for the management of the San Jose NCS department, and in February 2006, he returned to full time Regional Sales and Marketing for Northern California NCS. During his career with First American, Pete has served as a member of Association of Silicon Valley Brokers, National Association of Industrial & Office Parks, Housing Industry Foundation, California Land Title Association, and other industry and community organizations. Pete currently serves as board member for NAIOP-Silicon Valley, First American Title Advisory Group, and committee member for faces, benefiting families of autistic children.
