Renee Stenesen

Renée Stenesen Joined First American in 1984 and was instrumental in the development of the National Commercial Division in Seattle. Renée promptly earned her Limited Practice Officer Certification, a Washington State requirement, and was promoted to division manager. Renée also served as a trainer for First American's enterprise wide closing program "FAST" for the Pacific Northwest. As chairperson of the company's Washington State Forms Committee, she co-authored First American's "Docs on Disc" electronic software program, designed to accommodate new statutory requirements in the state of Washington. In 2003, Renée joined First American's San Jose NCS office, where she specializes in commercial closings, including "HUD" transactions. Renée is a graduate of the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma, and a native of the Seattle, Washington area.
