Tips on use:
- The Trustee Number field requires an exact match. Since Trustee Numbers are unique, no other information is needed
- Geographic fields, if used, must be spelled correctly. State uses 2 letter abbreviations
- Case does not matter (Smith, smith and SMITH are all the same)
- Borrower and Lender fields follow the "less is more" system. Instead of trying to type in something like "NPT Western Palace Ventures III, LLC", try simply "Palace" first
- All of the fields combined follow the "less is more" system. So if you are getting too many results try narrowing it using the city or county fields
