David Z. Bark has over 20 years experience in the legal and real estate profession, specializing in real property, contract law and foreclosure. He has personally handled over $2 billion in foreclosure transactions, acting as a trustee, expert witness or consultant. As a partner in Pettersen & Bark, he was also primary counsel and claims litigator for a national title insurance company. David graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law and Business with a JD and MBA in 1987.

 


Vincent Tocco joined First American in 2005 as a Title Assistant and was promoted to Commercial Title Officer in 2008. He is also an experienced Underwriter for issuance of Trustee Sale and Litigation Guarantees. This title backround and experience compliments Vincent's abilities as a Foreclosure Trustee, where he has personally handled over 100 files ranging from $100,000 to $100 million in liability - from the beginning stages through Trustee Sale. Vincent graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration.
